Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We currently offer Standard Shipping which takes approximately 3-4 days, after order processing time (see below), within the continental United States.

Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on which State the order is being delivered to.

We ship out from an East Coast State and the travel time mentioned above may exceed when shipping to Western States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to process after your purchase date. Order processing may take longer during United States National Holidays, such as Thanksgiving Day (every 4th Thursday of November), Christmas Day (every December 25th) or New Year's Day (every January 1st).

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

We currently have limited international shipping options. If your country does not show up as a shipping destination, please contact us through our Contact Page.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have a SS69 account on our website, you can view your order details with tracking information in your account after logging in. You may create a SS69 account here.
